On this date a surveillance was conducted at the Donald 
E. Stephens Convention Center (DESCC) , Rosemont, Illinois. At the 
DESCC was a computer show and a motorcycle show. The computer show 
was organized by a show management company out of Minnesota, Blue 
Star Shows (BSS) . This show management company had been identified 
as having several shows a year at the DESCC and sometimes BSS has 
more than one show at a time at the DESCC. 

As part of the allegations against Rosemont Exposition 
Services have been that they have double -billed clients who have 
been renting part of the DESCC during which other shows have been 
staged, it was decided that an effort should be made to locate and 
identify clients of BSS. To this end, the writer attended the 
computer show taking place at the DESCC to identify some of the 
clients of BSS who have booths at the show.
